BASECATCH

Catch it. Throw it. Own the diamond.

The fast-paced baseball game where the glove does the work.

It plays like baseball — but instead of hitting, you catch and throw. Every out, steal, and foul comes down to the glove.

Same diamond, same innings, same nine — Basecatch just swaps the bat for pure glove work, turning every play into a race between arm and instinct.

The Rules

Seven rules. That's the whole game.

01

Baseball, With a Twist

It plays by the same rules as baseball — with a few big twists.

02

Catch, Don't Hit

Instead of hitting the ball, you catch it and throw.

03

Steal the Window

You can steal — but only while the pitcher hasn't thrown yet.

04

Throw to the Bag

Get a runner out by throwing the ball to a base the runner is on.

05

Bring the Heat

You can pitch as hard as you can.

06

The Misthrow

If you don't throw it close to the outfielder, it's called a misthrow.

07

Fouls, Balls & Strikes

There are foul balls — when it comes off your glove or hand — plus four balls and three strikes. You can't get a strikeout on a foul ball.

How to Play

Three moves. That's the whole rhythm of the game.

  1. 1

    Pitch

The pitcher winds up and throws as hard as they can — full speed, no holding back.

  2. 2

    Catch

The batter's side reads the throw and reacts with the glove — this is the play that replaces the swing.

  3. 3

    Throw to the Base

Fielders race the runner, firing the ball to whichever bag gets the out — clean and close, or it's a misthrow.
